Open your door of choice, toss the support rods over the top of the door, and then shut the door. The support rods anchor the straps for totally secure play. Adjust the straps themselves to hold wrists high or leave them lower for more flexibility. Each cuff can be adjusted to fit wrists from 2.75″ to 3.5″ wide. Need to make a quick escape?
